Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for onboarding the new partners in addition Supporting live partners in their growth tracks and in after live support.
- Platform monitoring to make sure the overall echo system is up & running with the highest availability and reliability measures.
- The responsibilities will include problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and hot fixing issues on production, handle raised tickets from the partners or the service providers, handle & monitor downtime and handle emergency alert.
- Handle incoming complaints from customers or the internal stakeholders
Qualifications:Education:Bachelor of Science or Engineering, preferably Computer ScienceExperience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience.Knowledge & Abilities:The candidate should be an entrepreneur which means that the right candidate will be able to enhance the current integration process.Has the ability to take initiatives to enhance partners experience.Must have high presentation skills, so they can take calls with Partners and be able to help them integrate in shorter time with higher quality.Eye to details and quality.Knowledge of SQL, APIs , Json & web services, Web APIs is a big plus.Knowledge of Java script is a big plus.Knowledge of Postman is a big plus.Good English (Written and Spoken).Familiarity with the services TestingSelf-organized.
