- Oversee and manage all export activities, including the preparation of export documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Ensure that all export activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review all necessary export documentation.
- Release original bookings to customers efficiently and accurately.
- Handle empty releases to truckers and coordinate with the terminal for seamless operations.
- Manage the gate-in process for full containers, assign seals, and release them to customers promptly.
- Handle customs documents and ensure compliance with port authorities, maintaining excellent relationships.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.Experience:3-5 years of experience in Shipping Line (MUST).Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using export management software and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Very Good in English.
