- Experience in handling NAFIZA system and monitoring Company activities
- Assists suppliers to create Cargo X ID and register in the portal and creating ACID for imports
- Communicate with suppliers and Freight agents and ensure smooth imports
- Coordination for dispatches with sales & warehouse for shipment both local and export
- Pre-shipment and post shipment documentation preparation and review
- Coordination with forwarders for freight negotiation, vessel planning, bookings, shipping details, etc.
- Transport arrangements and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customs/ suppliers related matters for smooth shipments,
- Communication & continuous follow-up with forwarder & shipping lines for arranging smooth dispatches & timely shipment of the goods (FCL & LCL consignments). Also, resolve logistics problems at transshipments point as well as final port of destination.
- Coordination with the plant for smooth execution of consignments on scheduled date.
