JOB TITLE
Tech Talent Acquisition Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY
The Technical Talent Acquisition Associate Manager will drive the talent acquisition (TA) strategies and operations for Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple countries, work closely with senior leadership, and effectively partner with business across the organization.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition COE, and Talent Sourcing for optimal recruitment.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. Partner with the Sourcing function for recruitment excellence and implement Performance Based hiring strategies.
  • Technical Talent Acquisition: Administer and evaluate technical assessments to ensure candidates meet required competencies. Comply with all relevant policies and processes.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Implement localization strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition. Regularly review and refine recruitment processes with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA COE).
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with Human Capital and Employee Life Cycle for a smooth pre-onboarding process for new hires.
  • Hiring Journey Advisory: Advise hiring managers on best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring journey. Align Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies with business goals.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management
  • Executive search experience is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and responsibilities.
  • Competency based interviewing skills with experience assessing candidates against job requirements.
  • Demonstrable previous experience of operating within an in-house recruitment environment.
