What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
- Review project documents (contract, scope, schedule, budget, technical submittals, drawings, etc.)
- Follow up on mechanical site activities.
- Attend technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate transportation for all materials and equipment and ensure proper storage at the site.
- Prepare site inspection requests and get approval from client representatives.
- Prepare invoices complete with all required documents under the supervision of PM.
- Prepare project letters and claims (time and cost).
- Prepare EMRs, fabrication requests, expenses, and cash requests.
- Prepare project reports (Internal and external) on a timely basis.
- Coordinate between different departments along the project to ensure smooth project flow.
- Handle comments & recommendations from project consultants for all running projects.
- Handle various approvals with the government authorities.
- Prepare projects' BOQs & cost sheets.
- Prepare lessons learned during the project and prepare a report at the end of the project.
What do you need to perform your role:To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.1-3 Years of experience in the Water & Waste Water treatment field.Skills and knowledge:Good command of both written and spoken English language.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices.Resilient and able to manage competing priorities.Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.Decision-making ability and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.Basic Project Management knowledge.Time management and organization skills.
