You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi`s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone. This position will directly report to the Head of Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team.

The position will include the following tasks:
- Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations
- Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of International Contracts
- Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates
- Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns
- Communication with Regulatory Authorities
- Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels
- Support in promoting the Compliance Program
- Liaise with the HQ Legal Team
- Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department

Candidate Profile:
Mandatory
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in one of covered regions; however, we hire people not CVs, if you have much more PQE than requested, feel free to apply and if you fit we will find the right environment and career opportunity for you.
- Fluent in English
- Strong commercial sense and pragmatism
- Being able to prioritize and handle tight deadlines

Nice to have

- Any additional qualification and/or exposure in CIS
- Prior experience within our industry
- Any other language skills like Chinese or other languages skills from the CIS Region.
