Job Summary:
The Business Development and Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Egytrav by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and securing new contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development within the travel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to generate revenue growth for the agency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to target new client segments, including corporate accounts, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Sales Management:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and expanding the agency’s portfolio of services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and follow-up activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the agency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their travel needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to enhance the agency’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that support business development efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Set performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
