- Supervise and monitor the activities of the Area sales to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved with consideration to the quality of sales
- Suggest ways and means to improve sales performance of the area sales team that will best serve the business
- Ensure that team complete and accurate information of every contract and customer to retrieve data when requested
- Participate in the monthly/annually sales planning with the area sales manager to discuss the new ways to increase sales
- Monitor credit of customers and payment on time.
- Follow up on sales responsibilities from competition reports, sales, product, distribution and channel performance.
- Follow up on distributors stocks and maintain agreed stock level by requesting orders to CSM
- Work on area, channel and customer growth by increasing the range of our products at our existing customers while targeting and dealing with new customers
- Focusing on selling high margin products to increase area's profitability
- Responsible for training, developing, motivating and directing the sales team while following the daily operation to achieve the greatest opportunities in selling
- Handling customer's complains and insuring high satisfaction level
3-5 years of experience in SalesBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProficient in Microsoft Office and internet applicationsStrong background in financeValid driving license (car ownership preferred)
