- Evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of quality management systems (QMS).
- Examining specific manufacturing or operational processes to ensure they are conducted efficiently in compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct Regular meetings with clients to provide feedback about Defects and claims.
- Implement and Comply with the standards of (IATF) International Automotive Task Force Yearly.
- Evaluating suppliers based on customer requirements. Conduct supplier performance monitoring
and provide guidance in supplier selection.
- Implement PDA6.3 methodologies or other quality improvement tools to streamline production processes and eliminate defects.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective communication of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the QA team technicians.
- Supervise corrective action system for KPIS, process or procedures and generate analysis reports for stakeholders.
- Document control for Master list for work instructions and control plan.
- Supervise the project of Digitalize job cards from paper to the system used in place.
Job Requirements :- BSC of Mechanical / Electrical / industrial / Chemical Engineering.- 1-3 years of Experience in quality assurance, preferably in the Automotive industry or manufacturing field.- Auditing and customer satisfaction skills.- Familiar with IATF 16949 standard is preferable.- Very Good command of English (written & spoken) Work Conditions : * Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.* 2 Days off.* Transportation is provided.
