As a Retention Specialist. you will be responsible to retaining existing clients and winning back former clients to list their properties on our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship management, with a passion for the real estate industry.

In this role, you will:



Develop and implement strategies to retain existing real estate agency and brokerage clients; Identify and engage with former clients to win back their business; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions; Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve retention strategies; Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives aimed at client retention and re-engagement; Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns; Provide training and support to clients on how to maximize the use of our platform; Track and report on retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management; Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales or related field
Excellent in English Communication written and speak Knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt; Knowledge of the subscription industry; Familiar with Tech & e-commerce industries; Familiar with Prop tech, Marketplace, Facebook, and other digital platforms; Proficient in both verbal and written English. Excellent in prospecting, cold calls and generating leads; Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills;
Excellent in converting leads into paying customers; Positive/Flexible/Presentable/Committed; Eager for success; Has plug and play attitude.
