Description



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard new customers to our platform. You will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base, ensuring that our platform continues to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:



- Create and implement a robust omnichannel customer acquisition strategy encompassing both online and offline channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and promotions across various digital platforms including social media, search engines, affiliates, and app stores.
- Collaborate closely with content and performance marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing initiatives such as on-ground activations, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagements.
- Drive the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze key acquisition metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and drive customer acquisition efficiency.
-Continuously evaluate industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate threats.
- Collaborate with the base management team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers across all acquisition channels.
- Provide necessary support and information to facilitate a smooth transition from acquisition to customer lifecycle management.

Requirements



- Proven track record (3+ years) in developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies, preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing offline marketing initiatives and events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
