- Oversee and direct construction project from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Request supplies and materials to complete construction projects and track inventory.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Responsible for preparing invoices of contractors according to what has been accomplished on the site and according to the inspection reports “IRs” submitted to the consultant and has been approved.
- Coordinate with site requirements & technical office or procurement in preparing the RFIs.
- Monitoring the requested site material requests “MRs” with the procurement department regarding to the site needs and their delivery date.
- Responsible for preparing any variation order “VO” according to the needs of the main contractor and the consultant through the technical office team or the procurement team and sending it to the PM & commercial team.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports relating to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Monitor work implementation as per project time plan.
- Follow up on procurement of long lead items submittals.
- Identify any issues/problems at an early stage and be ready with proposals to solve them.
- Ensure resources (materials, equipment, manpower… etc.) availability & allocation to carry out any assigned construction work on site.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical degree.10+ years of experience in Construction field.Willing to relocate.
