•Review projection and prepare T&A.
•Arrange the costing sheet.
•Arrange all the projection Material QTY and send to purchasing and planning team .
•Plan T&A for all approval process .
•Review the BOM with the Account Manager.
•Review the Pos once received from buying team and open Cos .
•confirmed the Pos based on the material availability & capacity
•Follow up the material ready dates with the purchasing team till receiving in house .
•Follow up on Pilot
•Finalizing the material shipping mode (Air or Sea ).
•Prepare the TOP & CTL based on the need of work .
•Follow up with planning team to cut and sew on time.
•Daily Shipment follow up VS the actual productivity with production team .
•Arrange Weekly WIP & Material Status to the customer & buying office .
•Booking final inspection and share with QA team to follow
•Arrange shipment Booking with Logistic team .
•Arrange packing plan in different customer systems.
•Control the material with factory to avoid more wastage to decrease the GST.
•Review all the invoice and confirm it .
