- The operations specialist is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly.
- Duties will involve taking customers' orders, answering incoming phone calls, liaising with Warehouse personnel for goods delivery and taking proper inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction and swift operations from ordering to delivery.
- You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports through the ERP system.
