Responsibilities
- Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software and equipment in the factory and distribute the work to the staff.
- Assists the Electrical Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.
- Analyze and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers.
- Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.
- Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.
- Prioritize and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.
- Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood and complied with by all technicians and assistants.
- Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
- Participate in all the meetings of the department.
- Prepare a report of the needs of the factory from spare parts.
- Analyze and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory.
- Led a team of maintenance technicians (Elec./Mech.), providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities, including inspections, lubrication, and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, or coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance data.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Electrical engineering is a MUSTMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Maintenance and Automation within a manufacturing environmentBackground Electrical Power EngineerAt least six years of experience in automation/maintenance industrial manufacturing company. (preferably in food industries)Perfect knowledge of all Siemens, Schneider, and Danfoss industrial components (PLC, motor drives, HMI, etc..Proactive and Results-oriented, Problem solver with a focus on preventive maintenance.Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Minufiya Residents are preferred.
