We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee the electrical maintenance activities within our steel manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all electrical systems and equipment used in the production of steel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
• Lead and supervise a team of electrical maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of spare parts.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the electrical maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical maintenance technology and best practices.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and procurement of equipment and materials.
