- Follow-up on shipments arrivals & documentations receiving.
- Follow up on the clearance procedures & ensuring the arrival of the materials in good terms to the sites.
- Contacting suppliers,
- sending emails in English
- Following up for Purchase requests ( Confirmed items)
- Shipping & following up shipments ( tracking)
