About The Role
Perform the maintenance activities of instrumentation and electrical equipment to meet production and company goals within the frame of work while maintaining a high level of work's quality, safety, health and environment compliance in the production unit. Additionally, Providing operations service to Operations processes to keep ASU and associated equipment running at maximum productivity and minimizing time to reach required efficiency.
Support daily site activities for production and maintenance.
Responsible during his duty on plant operations in terms of plant monitoring, start-up and shutdown.
Ensure safety in normal and special maintenance tasks.
Perform normal E&I preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (day-to-day).
Contribute to site reliability through 24-hour troubleshooting.
Perform equipment and facility rounds for safety, reliability and efficiency purposes
Under the supervision of the Facility Manager , ensures Occupational Safety, Process Safety and Security for the site,
Keep his self training record updated as per assigned.
Lead /supervise the shift team during normal operation, startup and / or troubleshooting to keep production units and all associated equipments running at max. productivity and min. down time resulting in cost effective and safe operations.
Validate the plant's parameter collected locally on the field during the routine rounds & diary checks sheet and report / acts as per disturbance / troubles referring to operation instructions / procedures.
Monitor and adjust, if needed, the plant's parameters through the automated system and report abnormalities, if any.
Plant start up / shut down using dedicated checklists and procedures.
shift handover using dedicated reports.
About You
Bachelor degree in Electric Engineering
2 to 4 Years of experience in Maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation. Experienced in Air Separation Units or industrial gasses is preferred.
Fluent English level

Advanced reporting & communication skills
Experience in using Google applications
Knowledgeable / familiar in control valves, pressure/DP transmitters, gas analyzers, temp. elements
Knowledgeable / familiar in Electrical equipment maintenance (MV/LV switch gears, MV/LV motors, heaters, Transformers)
Knowledgeable / familiar; Pumps,compressors,pressure vessels,manual valves,lubrication basics,water treatment
Control systems knowledge is preferred
Budgeting and cost control is preferred
Project management is preferred
CMMS (e.i.: Maximo) background is preferred
