Responsibilities

A)  Marketing Communication & Brand Management

Design & Implement all marketing and brand management communication activities such as Digital Marketing, Radio Advertisements, Outdoors, PR & Press Advertisements, Exhibitions and Corporate events, Market Research, SMS shots, Printings, Internal Branding …etc., while complying with Corporate’s identity manual.

  • Digital Media: Regular follow-up on Amlak’s digital media platforms including social media posts and communications, recording the leads generated on them and ensuring responding to their inquiries with coordination of Sales team and Call Center agents; monitoring the company’s website and reporting any breakdowns or technical issues.
  • Radio Advertisements: Involved in generating Ads’ scripts and supervises its production in addition to coordination with Sales team and Call center agents to assess the campaigns feedback and conversions.
  • Outdoors: Involved on generation of campaign concept, selection of Outdoor spaces, renting selected spaces and the production of the messages and instalment in addition to coordination with Sales team and Call center agents to assess the campaigns feedback and conversions.
  • PR & Press Advertisements: Involved of company’s public relations and press releases as well as press advertisements.
  • Exhibitions & Corporate Events: Responsible for following up on Exhibitions’ booths transfer, setup, materials’ compliance, giveaways availability, Ushers follow-up, booth maintenance & storage in addition to Company’s events organization.
  • Market Research: Assessing Amlak’s clients’ satisfaction throughout their journey with the company and provide action points to follow, executing regular competition surveys to observe Real estate finance market growth, trends and competition offerings & unique selling propositions.
  • SMS: Supervises SMS shots’ content and delivery to recipients.
  • Copywriting: Participate in developing all required marketing messages and copywriting.
  • Internal Branding: Responsible for the headquarters branding and quality look.
  • Printings, Giveaways & Stationaries: Responsible for executing all company’s printings, giveaways and stationaries in terms of determination of quality, suppliers’ selection, sampling, quality checks, reception of orders, storage and distribution of the quantities and payment finalization.
  • Develop eye catching designs for social media posts, email campaigns and other marketing material
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.

-     Supplier/Vendor Relations

  • Responsible for acquiring suppliers offers and archiving them; participates in suppliers’ selection and prepares
  • vendor empanelment documents.
  • Responsible for sampling quality checks & delivery dates.
  • Involvement of suppliers’ briefs.
  • Prepares suppliers’ contracts.
  • Finalizes suppliers’ payments.

-       General

  • Generation of Monthly & Quarterly Leads & Marketing Effectiveness Reports.
  • Involvement and Adherence to Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for any Marketing Activity/Internal announcements.
  • Serve as link between Marketing and Sales Department.
  • Communicate with Finance Department required payments.
  • Full supervision of CRM system & Call Center performance.

B)  Product Development

-       Product Program Guides

  • Involvement in the generation of New Products Product Program Guides (PPG).
  • Involvement in the update of Products Product Program Guides (PPG).
  • Responsible of archiving Products Product Program Guides (PPG).
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures.

-       New Products

  • Involvement in the process of generating New Products Ideas.
  • Preparations of New Products presentations/proposals.
  • Organizes and records New Products discussion meetings.
  • Responsible for New Products testing before launches.

Assets Assignments of Rights Product (AAOR)

  • Involvement in AAOR product pricing and Coordination.

C) Reporting & Business Development

  • Generation of Real Estate Finance Reports.
  • Generation of Real Estate Reports.
  • Generation of Regular Economic Reports.
  • Generation of Needed Internal Presentations.

RequirementsUniversity degree in a business-related field.Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills3+ years of experience supporting at the executive level.Good knowledge of key performance indicatorsKey SkillsInterpersonal Skills: Creativity, Business Writing, Presentation, Attention to Details, Time Management and Ability to work in tight deadlines.Communication.Analytical Thinking.Strategic Thinking.Language Skills: Excellent Command of English Language (Spoken & Written).Computer Proficiency: PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
