  • Updating  customer data manually to ensure production & shipping instructions are always up to date. 
  • Creating or updating documents for clients / preparing drives with existing files.
  • Keeping our CRM data complete and up to date.
  • Creating excel / google sheets (for order overviews, reports, customer lists).
  • Keeping track of tickets raised by the Customer Success department & following up.
  • Easy portal support if needed : Account creation & Account hierarchy set up.
  • Occasional support on WhatsApp (just ensuring all new client messages are being answered & forwarding it to the related teams if needed or reply with template texts).

Fluent in English to ensure easy communication. Very good knowledge of Google Sheets usage.Experience with presentation systems like Google Slides, Canva or PP.Fast learner when it comes to new systems & platforms. Generally, tech savvy and not slow with computer usage.Good organization skills.Dynamic & Solution oriented.Shouldn't have issues with doing a lot of data entry / manual work.
