- Develop policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors to EKH and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor the subsidiaries' operations, processes, and procedures to ensure they comply with health and safety regulations.
- Advise leaders on HSE performance improvements; lead improvement initiatives; direct subsidiaries HSE managers on specific regulatory safety and environmental issues.
- Review working practices and safety equipment to ensure that subsidiaries meet the requirements of HSE and relevant bodies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification surveys to control ongoing safety hazards.
- Carry out a risk analysis and recommend any changes that may be necessary.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established safety procedures and regulations.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, measure progress, and evaluate HSE programs' effectiveness.
- Analyze and develop environmental health and safety information reporting, consolidating and reporting key HSE statistics monthly, quarterly, or annually, as required.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions occur to prevent recurrence.
- Approve subsidiaries' HSE budgets and ensure that HSE resources are managed efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety, or a related field preferred.15+ years of experience in HSE management in an industrial setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HSE challenges.Experience working in a multinational or geographically dispersed environment is a plus.Fluency in both English and Arabic for effective communication within the Egyptian context.Computer literacy and proficiency in HSE software tools.
