JOB TITLE
Senior Manager - Total Rewards | MAF Retail |  Egypt Corp. Head Office


ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager - Total Rewards is responsible for implementing and reviewing all existing compensation and benefits policies. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with the design of new policies and programs in order to be competitive with international salary and benefits structures. 
   
ROLE PROFILE

  • Prepare job evaluations for senior executive positions, ensure that the evaluation results are in-line with the overall grading structure and communicate the results to the concerned departments
  • Review the proposed yearly bonus for all MAF Retail employees ensuring its compliant with approved bonus policy
  • Oversee the periodic salary survey to ensure that compensation and benefits structure is competitive
  • Coordinate local market studies between vendors and local HC teams, analyse and validate recommendations regarding consistency with overall compensation and benefits strategy
  • Review and validate all job evaluations when required
  • Ensure proper communication regarding compensation and benefits related topics to all employees in an adequate manner
  • Assist in implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management 
  • Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
  • Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan 
  • Review and update communication materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure proper records are maintained and controlled and proper reporting standards


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, Hay certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in a supervisory role within compensation and benefits, 3+ years’ experience in retail 
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Result Oriented and Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
