We are looking for a Production Manager with expertise in Plastic extrusion to take our production capabilities to the next level.
Duties :
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Ensure optimal use of resources, including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
- Coordinate and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for products.
- Implement inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize defects and waste.
- Oversee production staff, including training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to achieve production goals.
- Schedule regular maintenance for equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Quickly address equipment malfunctions to minimize production interruptions.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment or upgrades to improve efficiency and product quality.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)+5 - 10 years of experience in the plastics or PVC extrusion industryExcellent knowledge of Plastic extrusion machineryStrong leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving skills
