- Supervising and following up on all the work of the sector’s assistants, supervisors and all sports teams with their technical and administrative staff at the technical, administrative and financial aspects.
- Developing an annual work plan for sports activity management.
- Providing suggestions for developing the sports activities at the club.
- Evaluating all employees of the sports activity management department during the year and at the end of the season.
- Submitting a financial budget plan for sports activities at the beginning of the season and discussing it with responsible people.
- To follow up on training programs for sports teams and schools and submit suggestions related to training programs.
- Implementing the penalties specified in the regulations on members of the technical and administrative staff and all employees of the sports activity management department.
- Cooperating with various sports federations.
