- Receive inbound calls and giving full information regarding our projects.
- Receive new leads from marketing team.
- Make outbound calls whether to create pipeline for new projects, or follow up.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Advise on any information the customer may need.
-Create appointments whether at new Cairo / October area.
-Cover shifts.
-Handle customer service requests and send requests to the concerned department.
