- Create, implement and enhance preventive maintenance programs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.
- Supervise daily routine operations, including employee performance, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.
- Draft and review reports and specifications, including construction schedules, environmental impact studies and project designs.
- Optimize supply levels to keep stock spare parts within ideal parameters for expected needs.

- Direct and coordinating maintenance activity carried out on a plant lines and equipments.
- Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Responding immediately to Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and arranging for replacements to be installed for equipment's breakdowns.
- Follow up maintenance activities, its plan and results through CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
- Technicians maintenance support to ensure smooth operation of plant.
- Responsible for MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul).
- Review daily maintenance inspection reports & work orders and classify them into corrective or preventive maintenance categories so that work plan can be drawn up.
- Organize and cooperate with production team for (If down do) activities.
- Assist the production team to achieve the required target and reduce the nonconformance.
- Cooperate RM (Reliability Maintenance department) for cost reduction, FMEA, line improvement, predictive maintenance, updates for planned maintenance procedures and activities.
- Supervise / the installation of all electrical activities and attend necessary tests, and commissioning activities (MV, LV, and low current system installation, testing, and commissioning …etc)
- Follow up the contractor’s activities and new problems during work and provide immediate solutions to it.
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.Specialized in Electrical with experience 4 years Min.Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.Excellent command of English.Good Experience In PLC / SCADA .Knowledge and understanding of plant safety procedures, troubleshooting equipment and preventative maintenance procedures.Supervisory and team leading skills.Problem analysis and problem-solvingPlanning and organizing.
