- Drafting, reviewing, and amending all types of all types of contracts, that are required and to which the company is a party in a manner that guarantees the maximum legal protection for the company.
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
- Assist in Managing and resolving contractual business conflicts between the company and the clients (If Any).
- Assist in Preparing, discussing, and negotiating all contractor's claims with contractors till reaching a final settlement.
- Communicating and presenting information to different stakeholders.
- Responsible for contract renewals.
Bachelor's Degree in Law English department.5 years of working experience in reviewing and contract negotiation.Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and contract lifecycle.Excellent command of Arabic & English.Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
