Sales Representative

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems to win customer satisfaction and loyalty, developing/recommending solutions.
  • Prepare reports regularly, and making recommendations to management by evaluating results and competitive developments whenever needed.
  • Build positive working relationships internally and externally in addition to adapting new selling techniques which will impact positively on Parkville’s sales volume.
  • Promote and sell products to existing and potential customers, while ensuring a smooth sales process. Additionally, demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to customers.
  • Monitor market competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products in addition to monitoring the area sales achievement regularly.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, collect owed debts, and follow up on every pharmacy inventory regularly.
  • Organize work schedule and plans daily / weekly/monthly / annually in order to keep management informed up to date by customer needs /problems and interests regularly.

EducationBachelor’s degree from reputable university.    ExperienceExperience 2 year in Retail, Sales, Trade Marketing / Pharmaceutical Field (Pharmacies) .
