JOB TITLE
Senior Human Capital Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – Human Capital is responsible for managing and driving Human Capital related activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience and relations compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within Global Solutions Egypt. The role holder is also responsible for working with functional leaders, teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within Global Solutions Egypt.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Human Capital Strategy and Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement Human Capital Strategies for Global Solutions Egypt in line with overall business strategy and business direction, with a focus on attracting, retaining and developing talent.
  • Work with various Human Capital Functions drive and deliver key Human Capital initiatives such as performance management and talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, total rewards, employee relations and employee experience.
  • Organization Design:
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and OD department on organization design and planning initiatives such as developing organizational structures, operating models, and manpower planning.
  • Work closely with the Total Rewards team to conduct accurate job evaluations.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Forecast manpower needs and costs within Global Solutions Egypt and within the overall budget.
  • Conduct Human Capital interviews to support the overall recruitment process, and contribute to the development of fitment sheets and offer letters.
  • Talent Management and Development:
  • Ensure implementation of the talent management processes and frameworks containing best practice elements
  • Ensure implementation of controls to help Identify employees with high potential for growth, and support their development.
  • Coach and build the capability of senior managers to contribute to organization effectiveness
  • Deliver training for various Human Capital initiatives to ensure business stakeholders are fully aware and empowered for the journey ahead.
  • Policies and Procedures:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and team members in areas including but not limited to Human Capital policies and procedures, grievance, performance management and performance reviews and remuneration


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or human Capital Management
  • Master's degree in the same field is preferred.
  • 10+ years in a Human Capital Department
  • Professional HR Certification such as CIPD, SHRM is preferred.
  • Outstanding Stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Project Management skills
