Software Sales Account Manager - ERP SYSTEMS

  • Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager
  • ● Solid sales experience in B2B environment
  • ● Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
  • ● Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • ● An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • ● Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • ● Availability to travel as needed
  • ● BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field


Skills

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
