RUSHBRUSH INC. is expanding among its Finance department and is seeking to hire enthusiastic and passionate Safe Accountant.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Accountabilities:
- Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Duties:
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
- Prepare certain treasury reports (Checks, Branches deposit and custody cases)
- Monitor point of sale “booths” in terms of making a daily cash deposit regularly
- Follow up on tickets for customers in cases of requesting a refund
- Issuing checks in cases of a request for check payments
- Received checks from customers
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing basic daily operational according to business needs.
- Any other task that the manager requires.
Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree in Finance.From 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.Solid knowledge of accounting regulations. Skills:Good communication skills.Intermediate analytical thinking skills.A keen eye for detail.Time management. Ability/Attitude:Deadline-oriented.Flexible.Integrity.
