Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for assigned stores.
- Participate in Training and hiring store managers and employees
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores and retail store staff
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Coach and mentor store managers to improve their performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and employees.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Maximum 2 years Proven Experience As a shop manager in Multinational CompanyMinimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years As An Area manager at a well-known brandProven track record of success in driving sales and improving profitability.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills
