Job Responsibilities
- Direct management of all consumer section employees
- Collaborate with the branch manager to set department and employee schedules and ensure adherence
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets for each employee and overall targets for the consumer section
- Responsible for displaying sales and promotional offers within the showroom to maximize benefit
- Monitor inventory and manage periodic stock checks, tracking transfers to avoid sales opportunities loss
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and inquiries, ensuring resolution in line with company and customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays according to quality standards, and ensure safety procedures within the showroom and warehouses
- Train sales employees, monitor their performance, and provide detailed reports to the branch manager daily
