Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our entire social media strategy, manage relationships with sponsors and collaborators, and coordinate with our editorial and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, video editing, and filming, and will be able to drive engagement and growth across our platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to followers in a “Social” way while cultivating engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and fostering discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing sponsors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all sponsor deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with video editors and filming team members to ensure timely and high-quality content creation and posting.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to meet goals.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate action plans and social media campaigns.

Requirements:Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.Strong understanding of video editing and filming processes.Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational ability.Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing social media accounts for influencers or content creators.Strong understanding of content creation and the nuances of various social media platforms.Previous experience in managing sponsor relationships and advertising campaigns.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passionate about Egypt, Middle East, Spain and its culture.
