The UPEI at Universities of Canada is seeking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Educational Student Recruitment Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting and enrolling top-tier students to our university. You will develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, connect with prospective students, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the application process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for assigned regions or student demographics.Conduct research to identify potential student populations and develop targeted outreach strategies.Attend college and career fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the University and its programs.Deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their families on academic programs, admissions requirements, and scholarships.Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and guidance counsellors regarding admissions, programs, and campus life.Maintain and build positive relationships with high school counsellors, community partners, and other educational professionals.Assist with the development of recruitment materials, including brochures, presentations.Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the overall recruitment goals and objectives of the University.
 Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.1-3 years of experience in student recruitment or a similar field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Apply Now
