Key Accountabilities:
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate B2B deals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Achieve set sales targets and goals.
- Achieve set KPIs (Sales TRG, Number of retained customers, Coverage, Collection).
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Build strong and ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create and deliver strategic presentations to win new business and retain existing accounts.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct visibility and display of products in all accounts as per the company’s standards and according to the agreed visibility guideline.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
