•Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals.
•Ensure that the preventive maintenance done on time,follow up efficiency of machinery and inspect it.
•Analyze the breakdowns causes and find the root cause to prevent it.
•Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
•Follow up spare parts needs in the section and review it with the maintenance engineer through Oracle System to define what to purchase
•Develop SOPs for maintenance routine tasks and improve
continuously on an ongoing basis.
•Ensure adherence to the preventative maintenance plan and improve continuously.
•Manage team to ensure people's availability to attend both preventive and breakdown maintenance.
•Maintain records of maintenance activities and improve continuously the upkeep of records.
•Adherence to planned budgets on downtime, manpower, utilities, and maintenance cost.
•Development of maintenance team.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience from 10 to 12 years in Maintenance especially in (Rotary Equipment-Pumps-Pneumatic System)FMCG Manufacturing background is mandatoryGood command of the English language is a mustGood computer skills – Microsoft Office.Proactive and Results-oriented, Problem solver with a focus on preventive maintenance and organizational skills
