Responsibilities

• Develop QHSE Culture and good practice inside the factory at corporate level and inside each project.
• Manage each Project's Quality and safety to achieve control, monitoring, and implementation of QHSE Plans and contract governance in line with the company policies and procedures based on specific action plans/projects matching legal /contract requirements.
• Propose a practical system in the simplest possible way yet following ISO 9001 principles.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSSE and achieve compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Ensure the day-to-day support to the teams on quality processes and organizational issues and lessons learned.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tools to monitor and report quality performance on a weekly and monthly basis, analyze results propose areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to adapt the System.
• Manage/Monitor and review Non-Conformance Reports needed and remedial actions; assist in their preparation and processing as required.
• Organize/Participate in quality inspections and audits (internal, partners, or contractors).
• Monitor and review Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans concerning quality requirements
• Check Field Changes Requests concerning quality requirements.
• Assist when required in arranging inspections and testing by Project and external Parties.
• Provide a single business focus for accident and incident reporting and assist with subsequent investigation process; provide trend analysis to the Management Team to support and provide focus for driving positive behaviors and culture within the business.
