scheduling project meetings for alignment. Ensure SLA compliance, conduct

operational reporting, and provide technical escalation as required. Analyze data to

identify issues and devise tailored solutions, contributing to enhanced efficiency and

customer satisfaction. Strong background in incident management and SLA adherence,

complemented by a detail-oriented and collaborative approach.


Requirement: :minimum 1 year experience as a IT Service Desk Lead/ Team Manager.Fluent Spanish speaker.Excellent English Speaker.Graduates & Dropout
