• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success with various sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles; experience mapping of top talent within designated industries / geographies.
• Exceptional talent assessment and interviewing skills for all levels including executive positions; a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies and deep knowledge in closing and negotiation techniques for jobs at all levels including executive positions locally & internationally.
• Experience in negotiations with senior level candidates by understanding their needs and motivations for joining a new company and having a thorough understanding of total rewards and other offer negotiation levers.
• Extremely professional and operates with the highest level of integrity to serve as a role model leader for the company and to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience in leading multiple high-profile/value and complex projects with multiple top-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive TA strategy, processes, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
