Area Sales Manager Vacancy:

We are seeking a high caliber professional to join as Area Sales Manager (First Line Sales Management role) as per the following details:

Designation: Area Sales Manager/ need to be medical education or non-medical education

Location: Assiut, Fayoum, Beni sweif, Minya, Luxor, Qena and Aswan

Job Purpose:

Area Sales Manager acts as a business hub between the organization and the Sales Force and represents a focal point of contact for both. The role is all about leading a team of regional Medical Representatives to achieve common goals and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct and monitor activities of his assigned to achieve established sales targets.
Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and customer retention and distribution strategies with the team for the assigned area.
Ensure with the team generation of prescriptions driving sales within assigned area.
Implementation of sales and marketing plan of action.
Ensure proper coverage of customers.
Accurate and updated database for assigned area.
Defining and executing plans for development and increasing productivity for the area and supervising setting these plans for each of the organizational entities under supervision.
Coach medical representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
Controlling the financial performance of the department and keeping it within the set budget.
Controlling the technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision.
Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions for achieving plans and programs, which complies with the approved authorities and responsibilities.


job RequirementsLevel of education: University Degree Experience: Previous experience of a Pharmaceutical FLSM role is Preferred.Job RequirementsConducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and workflow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review.Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned employees in the HR & Admin Department.Following‐up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc.Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company.Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position in case of absence or whenever the need arises.
