For a large reputable food manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan, we are looking for Senior Production Supervisor/Line Production Manager.

“Work location in 10th of Ramadan”

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise/manage Production (coordination of subordinate personnel, software operation, process monitoring)
• QC of raw materials prior to production, verification of quality parameters
• Supervise/manage Packaging (coordination of subordinate personnel, software operation, process monitoring)
• QC of packaging materials (Coordination of production data entry by subordinate personnel
• Safety requirements (fire, equipment, hygiene)
• Coordination of cleaning routines performed by Production personnel (production and packaging equipment and area) and Cleaning personnel in areas adjacent to production area
• Direct participation in R&D projects
• Prepare monthly production reports, daily OEE reporting, incident reporting, product and packaging losses
• Manage day to day production of shortenings, margarines and specialty fats
• Monitor appropriate CIP practices and coordinate production team
• Participate in trainings assigned by Managers
• Closely work with Planning, R&D, Laboratory, QC, QA, Warehousing departments
