Responsibilities
- Develop front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.
- Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile.
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
- Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Revise, edit, & optimize web content.
- Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms.
- Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish.
- English language proficiency is a must.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleExperience developing desktop and mobile applicationsFamiliarity with common stacksKnowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Laravel) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers and UI/UX designExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGreat attention to detailOrganizational skillsAn analytical mindDegree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
