  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience.Business and reporting skills.Problem solving abilities.Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
