Responsible for planning processes for efficient and effective production scheduling, on time delivery of orders and ensuring achievement of targeted KPIs.
- Following up and setting inquiries delivery dates according to weekly/monthly plan achievements.
- Follow up daily orders for manufacturing with the production engineer.
- Follow up daily productivity with the scheduling engineer, and highlight the weakness to discuss in the operation daily meeting.
- Studying the schedule sequence alternatives with production engineers to reach optimum efficiency and decrease loss time.
- preparing Material plan with Material Planning Engineer, to ensure availability of critical materials and to issue any required purchase requests.
- Approving and issuing monthly production plan with production engineer, then presenting it to production manager for final approval and putting it into action.
Bachelor of Engineering.From 2 to 4 years of experience in the planning in manufacturing field.Very good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).Good knowledge of others system (ERP).“Days Off: 1 Days-Off [Friday].
