IT Help desk

 Provide quick and effective assistance with information technology systems Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.

Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.

Guide & Help other staff members remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance Listen attentively to staff members questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions Prioritize staff members satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel 
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance Diagnosing issues with computer and software and hardware.

Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems. Following up with employees to insure solving their IT Problems.

 


  BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field. Candidate must possess (1-3) years of experience in IT help desk. Knowledge of computer and mobile software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems. Excellent analytical skills Passion for problem-solving and customer service Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and softwareThe ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening Strong verbal and written communication skills Good in English language Time-management skills Excellent follow up skills Good Problem solving Multitasking person** Males only
