Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring an HR Executive.
Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities, maintaining the accuracy of employee files, organizing and screening CVs and resumes, managing job ads, and assisting in employee engagement activities.
What will you do?
- Files documents and answers employee inquiries.
- Posts job vacancies, and do phone screening calls, schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability.
- Gathers and organizes job applications.
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates and announcements.
- Assists in checking overall compliance with company rules.
- Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.
Skills
- minimum one year of experience in the same role
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Able to maintain flexible work schedule
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
