Clinic Manager

A well-established clinic is looking for a FEMALE clinic manager who has a minimum of 8 years of experience in the management role of an aesthetic clinic.

3.1 Manage all aspects of individual and all patients, and customers of the concerned facility.

3.2 Manages all new avenues of service provision of the hospital.

3.3 Manages all socially related work of patients, when required.

3.4 Monitoring all Customer service, Telesales, call center agents, and patient service Executives in coordination with the Clinic Supervisor.

3.5 Manages the call center and ensures proper functioning and continuous improvement in their services of appointment bookings.3.6 Monitoring all information desk personnel

3.7 Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of clinic policy and work rules.

3.8 Intervene and problem-solve for inter-/intra-departmental issues. Facilitate interdepartmental communication, negotiation, and decision-making.

3.9 Obtain adequate facts and evaluate data to identify and intervene in actual and potential safety and risk management issues.

3.10 Document pertinent information, actions, and decisions and communicate to appropriate leadership.

3.11 Communicate issues identified by front-line staff to the appropriate administrative team related to new administrative or departmental initiatives.

3.12 Ensuring that all reports and deliverables are submitted on due dates.

3.13 Collaborate with clinical and support staff to faster delivery of quality care.

3.14 Maintain visibility with clinic staff through rounds.

3.15 Assist in evaluating and reassigning staff during crisis situations.

3.16 Provide on-site management of crisis situations to prevent or minimize disruption of services.

3.17 Optimize resources to maintain facility operations.

3.18 Monitor emergency action procedures and coordinate activities related to patient/staff evacuation as needed

3.19 Function as on-site coordinator for internal/external disasters or other major events.

3.20 Supports continuous Quality Improvement. Develops and promotes appropriate standards of care.

3.21 Ensures that there is compliance with the JCI/ any audit requirements.

3.22 Provides direction for the clinic/ facility and ensures that corporate vision, mission, and objectives are fulfilled. Inculcates and cultivates corporate values.

3.23 Demonstrates ability to see the big picture in terms of the strategic operational plan and the ability to monitor and direct processes to fulfill such plans.

3.24 Maintains confidentiality regarding patient information and regarding administrative matters of a confidential nature.

3.25 Develops and promotes a fair administrative environment that is unbiased and apolitical.

3.26 Support clinical, operational, and facility services throughout the entire clinic on a 24-hour basis.

3.27 Serves on Administrative and other Clinic committees as requested

A strong relationship with an aesthetic supplier to purchase the needed injections and equipment for the clinic


Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareHighly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredRelevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager
