1. Review the applications.
2. Communicate with applicants by emails to ensure completing the files with official documents.
3. Evaluate the applicants’ credentials to ensure the authenticity of the submitted documents.
4. Communicate with the Recruitment office.
5. Update the applicants’ information on Power Campus.
6. Administer ZOHO CRM.
7. Handle all walk-in applicants.
8. Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
9. Interview students to understand their objectives and background and complete the admissions process for applicants.
10. Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
11. Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions.
12. Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
13. Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
14. Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback to generate student reports for management whenever required.


1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university.2. Min (3) Experience within a customer-centric, transaction-based administration process an advantage.3. Education Admission experience is desirable.4. Very-good command in English Language.5. Good Communication Skills.6. Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.7. Excellent organizational skills. 8. Good team player.9. Attention to details.
