| 1- Monthly and yearly extra consumption report |
| 2- Monthly stock aging analysis |
| 3- Undesignated stock analysis |
| · Managing the sudden and unexpected issues by providing a suitable solution even if it is not related to procurement. |
| · Managing and handling with the BU the required changes come from the customer after placing the orders or during the process to ensure achieving the customer satisfaction and get best results. |
| · Ensure Production Teams are updated on material planning change on spot. |
| · Working closely with purchasing and logistic teams to ensure Material deliver on time and calculated the risks. |
| · Optimize store performance by working with accessories warehouse team to ensure stock is allocated to store based on right store, right stock, right time |
| · Providing support to accessories warehouse team by joining the stock taking activities. |
| · Managing and monitoring the stock levels by destination to match the needs of the customer destinations enabling maximum profits. |
